Course Bookings

Your booking is secured by a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced [8 weeks] before the course start date and is due [28 days] before it starts.

Course Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel at least 90 days before the course start date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel between 90 and 14 days before the course start date, a transfer to another date may be possible if we have a suitable alternative available. Otherwise, the full course fee remains payable unless we can fill your place with another person. If we can, we will refund your deposit, less an administration fee of £30 and any card fees incurred on the original payment. This is not guaranteed. If we cannot find an alternative date your deposit is not refunded and any balance invoiced remains payable.

Cancellations and transfers are not possible within 14 days of the course start date. Your deposit will not be refunded and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

If you cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, please tell us as soon as possible. Any transfer in these cases is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

By booking a course for a specific date, you agree that the statutory 14-day cancellation period for online purchases does not apply. The cancellation terms above apply instead.

If We Cancel a Course

If we have to cancel or reschedule a course because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including death, serious illness or incapacity of the tutor, venue problems, fire, flood, civil unrest or severe weather, we will offer alternative dates in the first instance. If these are not suitable, we will refund all course fees paid.

Travel and Accommodation

Any accommodation, travel or other costs you arrange yourself are your own responsibility and are booked at your own risk. This applies whether the course is cancelled, rescheduled or transferred by you or by us. We recommend choosing flexible or refundable bookings and taking out travel insurance.
