COURSE BOOKINGS
Your booking is made and secured by a 50% deposit – payment of the remaining balance will invoiced and payment due prior to commencement of the course.
Course Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit may be refunded, in-full if the cancellation is no less than 45 days before the course start date.
After this time, should you need to change your plans, a transfer to another date may be possible if we have a suitable alternative available. A refund of your deposit may be offered provided we can fill your booking with another person. This is not guaranteed.
A cancellation or transfer to another date will not be possible within 14 days of the course start date. Your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
In the unlikely event that Brendan Hesmondhalgh Sculpture has to cancel a course, alternative dates will be offered in the first instance, if this is not suitable then full refund for all course fees paid will be provided.
Brendan Hesmondhalgh Sculpture are not responsible for refund or reimbursement of any additional costs or expenses including and not limited to transport or accommodation.
In the event of an act of god causes cancellation, then a full refund for the course booking will be offered or alternative dates.
